I really love the look and functionality of this tote! My only issue is the straps are uncomfortable and dig into your shoulders... I would have probably given this a 5* if it came with padded straps or a padded tote-style shoulder trap so it could actually be worn as a tote. (Since the straps are removeable an extra shoulder strap would be ideal). Would definitely still be interested in buying another bag but it will need to be one with padded straps.
