I absolutely love this bag. It has been my go-to travel carry-on backpack for many years now, and works so well that I don't have any need to replace it. HIGHLY recommend. The backpack as a whole is extremely spacious and can fit a lot of stuff. Aside from the large capacity of the main compartment, that pocket at the front of the bag is such a game-changer — it's deep and stretchy enough to stuff a lot of stuff, so I put less valuable items for quick access (e.g., snacks, etc.) there and it can carry a lot. The other pockets, including the hidden one in the bag, keep everything super organized. And the design of the laptop pocket is actually ingenious. (I previously had a very similar bag where the laptop pocket was tucked inside, and it was almost impossible to get the laptop in and out because of the boxiness of the top of the bag.) The bag is also made of a really durable material, and you can feel the quality with the weight of it. I was actually surprised how luxurious the bag looked and felt. I usually opt for lighter bags, but this one is well-designed so that no matter how little or much you put in it, once you slip it on your back, it sits comfortably on your back and doesn't feel heavy even when filled to capacity. (That similar bag I mentioned before used to strangely fold over with a gap at my back when it had only a few items and was extremely uncomfortable.) A few minor cons: I wish it came with a luggage strap!! but I actually bought one so I could hook it to the top of my suitcase. Also while the two side water bottle pockets can fit my hefty water bottle, it's not super ideal because it can be a tight fit. I also never use the pocket that has the USB charging port. If you're looking for a nice daily backpack for your commute or travels, I would definitely recommend this one!
