I love this backpack!! I am using it for both personal and professional purposes, and it suits my every need, as well as being a super comfortable size and fit. It takes a little bit of time and wear to break it in, but that only made me feel like the quality is even higher because the material is sturdy and strong—while also maintaining a super comfortable feel when wearing it. After a couple issues with our local delivery service, I am singing praises to everyone I know about Nordace and their quality of both products AND customer service. Their response time was incredibly quick, and within minutes of sending a request for a new backpack (after my original package was lost in the mail), they had confirmed they were shipping me a new one. I was incredibly pleased to finally receive this backpack and will use it every day until it falls apart, then I will very likely buy a new one right away. :) Thank you Nordace!
