Purchased this backpack 5 months ago. Overall, it is really nice. Lots of great storage and nice color. The drawstring cord contains reflect strips which are flaking off. At first it wasn’t that noticeable but it’s gotten pretty bad. I contacted customer service and requested a refund or a replacement bag that does not have the reflective string ( considering it’s a design flaw ). I paid $130 for this backpack and therefore expected superior quality. Customer service told me I could pick out the reflective parts myself, get a new cord from them, or find a cord without the reflective parts locally. Not exactly ideal. The reflective cord is defective so a new one is a temporary fix. I requested a cord from them without it and was told they don’t have one, I could just fine out locally. I feel that when you’re paying $130 for a bag, it should be perfect. Especially when you haven’t even had it one year.
