Bag and accessories arrived well packaged and in reasonable turn around time considering where it was coming from. I really like the bag, and I'm looking forward to using it for my degree and work placements. The only reason I've said 4 instead of 5 is because I ordered the blue colour and it's darker than the picture on the website (which looks tealish)...and I wish I had know about the slide in inserts for the bag shape. But otherwise, looks like it will be a great bag for all my uni gear and midwifery placements.
