Really love this bag! I use it for work every day and I love that it comfortably fits my laptop but that it's not a massive bag. Still a lot fits in it, like lunch. I also bought it because it opens all the way on top so it's easy to get my laptop out fast. It also stands autonomously without toppling over and the space inside truly has been thought through. It rains a lot in the Netherlands so the water resistance is a blessing. Couldn't think of anything I would change. Perhaps the only tiny thing is that the luggage strap could be a tat looser so it is easier to strap on my luggage when it's full, but honestly it's a detail.
