The polyester inside is quite thin but then the bag is really quite lightweight which is a bonus if you do air travel. The shoe department isn’t separate, it’s actually really an ordinary shoe bag inside the bag. However, I suppose you might find getting your shoes out easily a good thing. There’s some weird zipper inside that I can’t figure out the use for. There are plenty of pockets, and of course we all love those. All in all I think this bag is overpriced and even in the sales, it comes out as pretty expensive. All the accessories are also overpriced. I got a bundle with a wash bag included and it does have practical compartments that make it an option for my old one. All in all, when it comes to the bag, you could get something similar for less. There’s nothing that special about this bag other than a lot of pockets. I’m not sure what to think, as I don’t find it looks all that good but it will probably prove to be quite practical. I prefer a duffel bag like this to ones that open up like a suitcase, since it makes it more versatile.
