I have owned this backpack for a year now. I've used it for air travel and for going into the office. It's almost perfect, but not quite: -I wish the backpack opened up more fully like the sienna - once things are buried in the main pocket, it's hard to find. You have the top zip and thats it. -The 'velcro' tabs are the top are useless, eventually they don't hold the top pieces down. I've stopped trying to fix it. -The handles at the top should have a way to be tucked in for security. -Waterbottle holder needs to be larger, and taller. I like to bring my large metal water bottle on the plane and it won't fit. -The stitching inside needs improvement. I'm one year in and some stitching has already come loose near the pen holder. -This bag holds a ton but gets VERY heavy. Especially for a tiny, 5'2 lady like myself (my coworkers and family members point out how funny it looks on me) Overall, I do love this bag. It's worth the investment and does keep you organized for trips and work. I think it's a tiny bit overpriced for the quality but hey, what isn't these days.
