I've been looking for a comfortable, smart and stylish mini backpack for a while and this is IT! I have a pain condition so can't carry a heavy bag - this is perfect and lightweight. The straps are really comfy as padded. I can fit my essentials (and more in). The quality is amazing and I love all the pockets and the key attachment plus my 500ml water bottle fits on the side too so I don't have to squeeze it inside (especially with my electricals) This is perfect for my day to day outings :)
