DESCRIPTION CHALLENGE 515 is an all powerful, non caustic, food and user safe detergent and degreaser used in commercial kitchens and food preparation areas CHALLENGE 515 will remove grease, oil, food debris and other contaminates from hard surfaces, bench tops, equipment and floors. APPLICATION CHALLENGE 515 is best sprayed or mopped onto hard surface areas Damp Mopping – 1 part to 40 parts water Spray & Wipe – 1 part to 20 parts water Dilution rate will depend upon the extent of soilage to be removed. WARNING Avoid skin and eye contact FIRST AID If poisoning occurs contact a doctor of poisons information centre. PH 13 11 26. If swallowed do not induce vomiting, give milk or water and seek medical advice. If skin contact does occur remove contaminated clothing and wash thoroughly with water.
